A crisis means opportunity, and all those business leaders and politicians who aspire to a return to normal or whose strategy is to ride it out are not up to the challenge. They don’t cut it.
These are extraordinary times where only better than normal will do. They demand leaders who will take the extraordinary opportunity to strive towards a New Normal better than a Back to Normal.
As Ted Lasso would say, change isn’t easy, but there is no going to back to the old status quo. Our North Star has to be guiding us to better versions of ourselves.
